Return Overview

XAutoLab desktop SMT machines are designed for makers and small electronics teams.
If you are unsure which model is right for you, we strongly encourage contacting us before placing an order — we’re happy to help.

Return Window

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Return authorization is required before shipping items back

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or powered on

  • Custom-configured or special-order machines

  • Shipping delays or customs clearance delays

  • Change of mind after shipment

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Returned items must be properly packaged and insured

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

After review, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Processing time depends on your payment provider.

Customs & Taxes

Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are non-refundable.
